Great experience for those right out of college and looking for their first "sales" experience. I say this because Dexian traditionally hires people right out of college. Fortunately, Dexian has a wide service offering outside of just "US staff aug" which gives sales reps extra depth when looking for opportunity. If you are committed to staffing there is definitely opportunity out there.

Not a great place to work unless you’re inheriting existing accounts that have strong relationships with us. Dexian is an IT staffing firm in a saturated market with tons of competition. I’ve seen high turnover in my time there.
