Decent company to begin your career as an SE - the team is good at training and helping you get the basics down. Leadership doesn’t really understand where their product best fits. One day it’s a mid market solution, then Enterprise, then SMB. Competitor are taking away market share now as they’re losing deals to features/functions and only competing on price.

A lot of changes with constant pressure. Leadership has also changed and priorities shift on a weekly basis

I wouldn't recommend the company. The product is ok but some markets are overly overly saturated for these types of product.
