I've been here for over a year now and I'm starting to see some of the good bad and ugly. The good: great colleagues, great manager (dependent on team), great culture, great social events, inclusive etc. Bad/Ugly: depending on which arm of the business you're in, certain products are nice to haves vs must haves. Given the current economic situation we're in, it's pretty hard to upsell nice to haves. Increased quota despite low quota attainment across the team.

On one side of the business, Diligent is the undisputed market leader (Board Governance) and on the other side (Audit, Risk and Compliance) they are struggling to stay relevant as competitors eat their lunch.
