Comp was OK. Leadership didn’t really know what they were actually doing, almost like they got lucky. No formal training or coaching. They would fire people with zero warning or reason.

Unfortunately, I was paired with a very toxic person to report to. She advertently decided to fire me without any notice to anyone, and everyone was shocked.... great company and only has gotten better - they are small but growing and run things as if they are much larger. Marketing budget is large and sales people have a lot of resources on their side. good talent on the leadership and team.
