Great company culture. Everyone from leadership to reps are very helpful and supportive. For a learning org, the company lacks internal mobility from BD to AE/AM roles. The growth process is not as clear or promoted.

Overall, the experience was good. The role of Account management is still maturing although the leadership needs to invest more into the enablement of the AM team members as some individuals did not come from AM experience.
