My overall experience has been positive, but what used to be an org with a fantastic culture and promotions from within has changed drastically. Some really awesome people work here, but now may not be the time to join.

I joined in May 2024 when things seemed okay, but the culture was already weaker than before. By summer, promotions were blocked, development opportunities were poor, and unnecessary trainings piled up. I work with existing customers so our incentive structure is based on that + capped.. Culture in DoiT is exceptional and the business values work / lol life balance and ensuring that you're taking care of yourself. Leadership is often transparent and open to suggestions/improvements to support the sales role.
