I joined in May 2024 when things seemed okay, but the culture was already weaker than before. By summer, promotions were blocked, development opportunities were poor, and unnecessary trainings piled up. In early 2025, a sales layoff increased workloads, and despite everyone working harder than ever, quotas were raised again. Then the company went all-in on FinOps SaaS, spending heavily but creating a toxic, start-up-like environment inside a 14-year-old company with unrealistic expectations. Morale is low, turnover is rising, and overall things have gone downhill quickly. I would not recommend joining.

The company recently faced lay-offs and it's transforming to become better for AWS, GCP and other vendors. Recently the pricing of its solutions increased drastically so the focus of the company is not going with SMB customers
