Current employee. We had some major layoffs—probably overhired—and now it's a mess. Leadership takes zero accountability, and most employees aren’t sure what’s next. Morale is low at the moment. That said, my earlier experience was great, so I find it difficult to write the company off completely just yet. Quick summary: First 10 months were amazing. Strong product-market fit. Good leadership. Lots of growth opportunities and a great learning experience. Competitive base salary + OTE, with most BDRs hitting quota. But things changed in January. Now: Morale is low. No clear future roadmap. Leadership claims to take accountability, but in reality, they don’t. I’ll revisit this review and update if things improve

My overall experience has been positive, but what used to be an org with a fantastic culture and promotions from within has changed drastically. Some really awesome people work here, but now may not be the time to join.
