If considering an opportunity with DoorDash, enter at a Director level or higher otherwise you will be impacted my layoffs as many Sr Managers were replaced with cheaper labor.

But at the time there was not really any opportunity to make REAL money at the organization. Culture was designed to make the company profitable at all cost.
