Your success depends largely on how well you can leverage the partner motion, mostly with AWS. Culture is hit or miss. Pay is strong, benefits are strong, but lots of internal politics and lack of trust, fragmented communication from leadership. Not many AEs hitting quota or closing any deals, BDR organization is of no use to you as well. The product is extremely strong but it is a very tight niche of when it makes sense for a customer to purchase it. And your ICP is startups/SMBs. Overall it's solid, but there's reason for worry here - not super bullish on the company's future with the current leadership.

They lie during interview process to get people in the door. Decisions always flip flop from leadership. Very few reps last a year at the company before leaving or getting fired. The product is great when it fits, however the product is such a niche fit that it’s very difficult to find pipeline.

The sales org is too big with too little direction. Often rewarding quantity over quality. Feedback often goes nowhere. Very high turnover rate in sales org.
