Current Employee One size fits all approach with processes. “We’ve always done it this was” mentality
Marketing and sales divided on go to market strategy, not enough same opportunity for size of sales teams. Recycling close lost or no response lists.
VP leadership is the bottle neck.
High turnover rate, on boarding is very generic, not enough product specific and processes training. Sales reps aren’t set up to be successful.
No ramp up Compensation.
