Current Employee Overall the leadership at ECI is above average, however there are specific managers who are not good in their role and shouldn't be leading people. My manager is very unprofessional, even in front of potential partners or prospects and treats the team as a rock star if you've recently closed a deal, or as someone that has no worth if you had a deal push or close lost. Additionally, the culture created is one of fear and impossible expectations. The product being sold is going out of life and is way behind the market, which makes it difficult to sell. It is overpriced (& growing) for the market and leadership is not listening to the voices describing this. Overall, leadership needs to take a good long look at product development, marketing, and lower level leadership. There are things that are fireable offenses that are going left unchecked.
