Direct line management is supportive and effective, but upper management tends to treat employees as just numbers. Communication from senior leadership is lacking, and the targets set are often unrealistic and disconnected from day-to-day operations.

ECI is a great company and consistently voted as a best place to work. The work culture is excellent with great leadership. The pay and benefits are great and there are always additional incentives sprinkled in throughout the year.
