Current Employee1.0Feb 3, 2025Terrible company. Literally lie about comp structures and when they got exposed of the lie we were told to deal with it. Nothing but negativity from ECI even when we're doing well. They literally try to see how terribly they can treat their employees. Stay away from this company.
