My overall expirence was decent. They are slowly getting worst because they are trying to sell again and have lost sight of valuing sales people.

I would stay clear of that company. Not a lot of plus sides, besides one or two products.

A really fascinating company and SLT for all the wrong reasons. The most important thing that matters is EBIDTA even over the people that work there. In Q4 they cut 80+ individuals across the support team to free up cash to boost the end of the year EBIDTA score. The comp structure is another issue as they are shortchanging most employees by a couple thousand dollars...Read More

As a BDR we moved to an SQL model to get paid out. Nothing gets moved to SQL unless they are going to sign. OTE does not match deal size.
