This company gassed up their quotas for '25 so that they could sell the company. They were successful in selling half the company, but since the numbers were not real you are seeing a mass exodus of employees from top to bottom.

A really fascinating company and SLT for all the wrong reasons. The most important thing that matters is EBIDTA even over the people that work there. In Q4 they cut 80+ individuals across the support team to free up cash to boost the end of the year EBIDTA score. All the C-Suite and senior management care about is the bottom line and they are constantly changing the comp plan to hurt the reps. Frontline managers are top notch here but they have so much piled on them they can’t effectively manage their teams.
