It’s been some time since I’ve been there, I remember the culture being excellent. The onboarding was quite good. The emphasis on sales training was far above what I’ve seen elsewhere. They are good at recognizing people for a job well done. However, the products are pretty dated and some of the industries they serve are VERY niche. This can be a good thing and a bad thing. The compensation wasn’t anything write home about and the benefits were just ok. I’d be interested in coming back but the comp plans are just not competitive with everything else out there.

Direct line management is supportive and effective, but upper management tends to treat employees as just numbers. Communication from senior leadership is lacking, and the targets set are often unrealistic and disconnected from day-to-day operations.
