Way below market rate for Account Management position. Upper leadership is constantly looking into M&A, little development on current portfolio. No real culture even though they like to speak of one. Benefits are below market.

This company gassed up their quotas for '25 so that they could sell the company. They were successful in selling half the company, but since the numbers were not real you are seeing a mass exodus of employees from top to bottom.

I was laid off after 7 months due to company-wide restructuring and layoffs. It was unfortunate timing, especially since they were starting to roll out more training and support resources. Ultimately it came down to broader organizational changes.
