All the C-Suite and senior management care about is the bottom line and they are constantly changing the comp plan to hurt the reps. Frontline managers are top notch here but they have so much piled on them they can’t effectively manage their teams. Our division hasn’t hit our numbers going on 2 years and all SLT can do is blame the reps and put people on PIP’s to “prove a point”. And if you do beat your number, you can guarantee they will flip the script and change your quota and retroactively adjust payouts (seen this happen to people 2 years in a row now). I wouldn’t recommend ECI to my worst enemy and there is a mass exodus already taking place, stay away.

Great company culture and mgmt. Product has great market fit, but development has not kept up with adding new features to stay ahead while the competition has. Need more investment in modernizing the product and actually delivering on promised new features.

I would stay clear of that company. Not a lot of plus sides, besides one or two products.
