Holy smokes, I spent the entirety of 2023 building my pipeline only for them to pull the plug on commissions, and turn us to hourly service zombies. I won't be the least bit surprised when they move these roles to a call center. They also pulled the plug on us 4 days before the quarter ended with the comp changes taking effect the next quarter.

Great role until Q1 2024 when they took away the 25bps commission and our 10bps trails. Too much focus on DEI and not merit
