Given how complex the sale is, I find professional development naturally progresses quicker than some other orgs. However, given how complex the sale is, I don’t find there is enough support for professional development on the internal side of things.

The culture here is amazing. You're selling something that matters. The sales organization is a little premature in terms of training and compensation.

New management has come in bc they want to IPO and culture has taken a nose dive with leaders who have no interest in creating anything but a cut throat culture
