How was Stan managed these last 2 years as CRO - well positioned for an IPO? (when the market allows?)  Things were humming right when he joined

Vineet overslept the IPO window. The platform play is over pretty much. Winning over new customers has become harder and it's not dependent on Stan. On the product side, there is not much innovation, to be honest.

Company was fine until he forced his own leadership team in place. Too much disruption to have any type of success. They will IPO still....

A common consensus among tenured employees is the goal of this placement was and is to sell Egnyte to a private equity. I personally did not even see value in purchasing any of my RSUs. Too much of a gamble.

I personally love Stan. He's a great leader and down to earth. I've been fortunate enough to spend some time with him, and will say that I love his management style. He's there to help rather than grill you, which I appreciate.

In terms of position for IPO, I can't speak to that. I know the market needs to improve before that can happen, and who knows when that will be.

Great product, but IMO if it were more competitively priced it would knock the competition out of the water, but as it is Egnyte is only going to attract the higher end of the market, and not get mass adoption.
