Egnyte ..... is awful. At least the West is. It is certainly an old boys club and I'm a man and even I think this is horse shit. It starts from the VP of Sales who is a bit all over the place and is an order taker. His direct reports are also order takers and as a whole the org isn't doing well. I think only 3 reps hit over 100% across all levels in the non-AEC...Read More
