Brilliant business to start your career at. Unreal culture, you willing to work hard rewards will come. Very competitive space. No inbounds, you have to hunt.

Great business and market fit. The onboarding and progression of junior talent was excellent but then it can get stale - more senior training needed to help kick on within the role. Great support from leadership and HR to help the business culture which is amazing.
