Heavy prospecting is expected, therefore, having a book of business is ideal. Great attitude from leadership. Being a CPA firm who's constantly acquiring new firms should lead to better opportunities, but new logo's is the expectation as the partners done always focus on technology for expanding the business with the client.

This place is disorganzied, toxic and chaotic. Management has zero clue what is going on here. Constant turnover with the delivery team. The fire sales people here constantly after setting them up for failure. Stay away!
