Good culture, great managers, compensation could be better, hasn't been adjusted in 1.5 years despite hitting quota

This place is disorganzied, toxic and chaotic. Management has zero clue what is going on here. Constant turnover with the delivery team. The fire sales people here constantly after setting them up for failure. Stay away!
