As this continues to improve, and the market further recognizes the need for talent intelligence, i anticipate deal cycles should accelerate and conversion rates should improve. Good product, talent intelligence is a new and exciting category. But Eightfold seems to lack a clear strategy or vision for what it wants to be; leadership changes, releasing an ATS instead of doubling down on Talent Intelligence.
