Great product, horrible executive sales leadership. Zero sales onboarding when you’re hired. They give you a worksheet with some links to resources and tell you to listen to Gong calls. Territories are not balanced. Marketing does a poor job with their lead purchases. You get a ton of leads for behavioral health practices that aren’t a good fit. The sales leadership...Read More

The experience here has not been good. NO ONE is hitting their quotas in my team. My manager gaslights us and it is overall a very toxic work environment. I don’t know one person who is fully satisfied working here

I'm in the process of interviewing for SMB AE. The recruiter told me that 100% of the team is hitting quota, and was drinking the cool aid. The way she spoke about elation was as if everything was perfect. Is 100% of the team hitting quota, and what are some areas that need improvement?
