They have a huge fraud issue. Over half the new clients you speak to are fraud. This wastes your time and you don’t make commission off fraud. Honestly a pretty intense inbound sales role where you’ll never be able to make 6 figures. You’ll get stuck dealing with customer service calls from clients that aren’t yours too. Leadership is good, but the pay is too little for the amount of work, and you’ll never make good commission numbers bc half of your clients are fraud.

It has only become worse since Richard Davis retired. Andy Cecere and now Gunjan Kedia are breeding a culture of uncertainty and distrust with constant RIFs thinking getting rid of high earners will save the company money and “creating new jobs” to reduce base salaries with new hires that require more training for years and don’t have the expertise to do the job.

Overall the company is a solid company. They care about their employees. I believe they have a good work nice balance overall I have been very happy with my position. They have a good base pay with an average incentive on the commission.
