It has only become worse since Richard Davis retired. Andy Cecere and now Gunjan Kedia are breeding a culture of uncertainty and distrust with constant RIFs thinking getting rid of high earners will save the company money and “creating new jobs” to reduce base salaries with new hires that require more training for years and don’t have the expertise to do the job.

It’s an entry level sales environment where you won’t want to stay long. Basically Capped commission structure, corporate bureaucracy, and an extremely competitive industry with shrinking margins make this a short term place only

They have a huge fraud issue. Over half the new clients you speak to are fraud. This wastes your time and you don’t make commission off fraud. Honestly a pretty intense inbound sales role where you’ll never be able to make 6 figures. You’ll get stuck dealing with customer service calls from clients that aren’t yours too.
