Way too much turnover in sales leadership. 4 different CRO's + 3 different VP of Rev Ops in the last 12 months. This great affected the business's ability to forecast (and determine quotas), assign territories or inbound leads, or develop meaningful processes that would grow the Rev Org.

My overall experience at Elevate is very poor. Turnover in the sales department is very bad. The longest tenured reps haven't been promoted and developed much. Upper management is clueless and all of their decisions keep showing that they do not care of their own employees. The mission of the company is great but the execution is absolutely horrible.
