Completely different culture now after new leadership took over. Not the same place it was when I started. My team in the clinical solutions division only attends maybe 2 trade-shows per year. We’ve also had ZERO investment in our products in the past 7 years, but the price keeps increasing, along with the uplifts at 13%. If you want to make money - I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

My overall experience at the organization was good as I got to work with colleagues all over the globe and even got to visit 10 countries during my time there. The overall CTC is good within the industry but base salaries can be better. I would always recommend anyone working at Elsevier...any day!

I was part of a sub-group, a team with a product that was acquired. The specific product I supported had sales issues in the organization that may not be true universally.
