Poor. Emplifi's new leadership has created a toxic culture by implementing non attainable quotas, letting top performers go, PIPing their reps, etc. Emplifi is composed of several smaller companies (Social Bakers, Pixlee, etc) that all had a strong brand reputation and good morale. All of that brand recognition is lost within Emplifi that has no brand recognition, no inbound lead flow, and no product demand. Do not suggest trying to be a sales rep there.

Shaky leadership has led to questionable products to be prioritized. Emplifi has fallen in the market with no actionable plan in place.

The leadership really isn't great. The biggest issue that they face is going against two established companies in Sprinklr and Sprout Social. Both of those are eons ahead of where Emplifi is currently. There's constantly changing goals that really aren't achievable.
