Current Employee A ton of leadership changes in a short period of time means comp plan changes, processes changes, team changes, etc. Very tough to to keep up with and almost all changes seem to do the opposite but help the sales team. Most reps that are currently at similar numbers to last year are making less money this year. Most of the reps do not come close to their sales targets and they have had a hard time keeping people around - even their most tenured people. Most folks are nice but the teams are disjointed and communication is poor.
