Owned by PE firm (K1). Very poor culture and leadership. I've been here for 11 months and have already had 3 CROs and the Executive Leadership Team has turned over 3 times. Each CRM comes in pushes change, everything is rushed and communication is poor. Still don't have their sales process figured out.

The PE firm (K1) destroyed all culture and ran out of all the top contributors after the acquisition of Lever in 2022.
