Overall a great company but there are apparent problems surfacing from a leadership perspective with toxic out of touch leaders, and from a remote working perspective with colleagues either in leadership or adjacent that are rarely online. For employment hero to hit those growth targets they need to start getting serious about their workforce.

The remote work environment is great, colleagues are great and always here to support. Enablement training is good for progression.

Company claims they’re in a ‘start up mentality’ which means decisions are made quickly. However, I think this somewhat an excuse for the fact that they don’t really have a strategy to win the UK and make huge but questionable decisions extremely regularly.
