It feels a little bit like a sinking ship, in the time I've been here I've seen more than half of the reps in my department leave (either willingly or pushed out). Managers are way too involved in deals, at times becoming the loudest in the room. There also seems to be sketchy tactics to get deals across the board, offering free trials, POCs, cutting deals in half....Read More
