The company has a great management training program which if you do well, you'll climb up the ladder in no time, earning promotions in less than 6 months if done well. You'll also gain great experience with how to effectively run your own operation and team, while testing your patience and resilience. There are a couple downsides. The work life balance is terrible. Upper management will preach the importance of work life balance, but do absolutely nothing to make sure the offices are fully staffed to make sure the branches run effectively. The pay structures also don't always make sense or get you paid more per promotion. I know, what kind of promotion is it when you can potentially make less than before? It also takes forever to change anything on the fundamental level since the company has been doing the same exact management program for 65 years. Overall, I'd recommend the management training program to anyone that isn't scared to put in the hours to climb up the ladder.
