Entrata has a strong product with unique product market fit. Executive leadership has changed and there is a strong sense of insecurity and instability at all levels of the sales org. Specifically, the new CRO has negatively affected the positive culture that Entrata was previously well known for. People who have been with the company for 15+ years laid off without notice with no dignity. Not a good time to join Entrata.

Things have changed a lot of the years. Product is awesome but new leadership and compensation plan made it very difficult to get excited about where the company i headed.
