Current Employee2.4Jun 11, 2024Avoid the P&R segment like the plague. Horrible, "flat management" structure means you have 3 bosses each chasing you for deal updates, not just one. Management wants to have the same call 5x time per week to review deals. Just let me fucking work.

Unfortunately, leadership was more than happy to look the other way when some sales reps used lies and borderline illegal sales tactics to bring in revenue.
