Great people, solid bread and butter product that Envoy is known for, and decent comp however plagued with a revolving door policy including CXO’s, leaving the company and product stuck on the same plateau for last few if not several years. AE’s expect to be in office and go head to head with single point solutions that are cheaper solving meaningful single solutions versus Envoys wide product suite and platform that most prospects are not looking for or out of budget and prepare nurture and work an account for 3-12 months

Positives: great office culture and office manager, catered breakfast and lunch, $100 wellness stipend, regular after office events and team bonding activities.
