Epsilon is a long time industry leader and has been a very nice place to make a living for a long time. Lack of product investment and innovation along with changes in leadership have made it challenging to win business and achieve quota. This can all be fixed with a ramp up in innovation and investment and a re-build of culture.

Fair experience. Lots of change and in process for the better or worst is yet to be understood. Day to day flow is very tedious with admin work taking much more time than it’s recognized and unorganized flows across the sales org.
