My overall experience with Epsilon was good. Culture and leadership is great but salaries below average with very irregular pay rises. Incentive scheme/ comms plans would change with the wind.

Lots of change with CRO's and New business leaders. There has also been a significant increase in new business quota. Very few inbound leads

Epsilon is a long time industry leader and has been a very nice place to make a living for a long time. Lack of product investment and innovation along with changes in leadership have made it challenging to win business and achieve quota. This can all be fixed with a ramp up in innovation and investment and a re-build of culture.
