Just when you think things may get better, they don't. Continuous re-orgs and seamless loss sense of direction. Targeting new business and trying to ensure meetings, leadership approach is to hound down prospects until they are fatigued into saying yes. When getting a chance at the table, variety of sellers loath their job speak with prospect. Underdeveloped communication across leadership of revenue org / marketing and poor utilization of tech tools across the board.

Fair experience. Lots of change and in process for the better or worst is yet to be understood. Day to day flow is very tedious with admin work taking much more time than it’s recognized and unorganized flows across the sales org. Epsilon is a long time industry leader and has been a very nice place to make a living for a long time. Lack of product investment and innovation along with changes in leadership have made it challenging to win business and achieve quota. This can all be fixed with a ramp up in innovation and investment and a re-build of culture.
