As a mature and incumbent company with little innovation or new product development, new sales have been challenging. Deals are usually focused on renewals with significant competition, however, sales plan only rewards new sales. Product/market fit is high, however, limited opportunity to sell new.

My division has a flawed and unreliable product. With limited government need, any product issues in an account is out of my control. The impact is lasting and affects revenue.
