Good product and culture. Need improved experience from certain areas in the company. At times there is red tape to execute a sale internally.

Esker is an excellent company with a strong foundation. It would be great to see a clearer pathway for career growth from SDR to BDM, but overall, the organization shines in its culture and its people. If you show up ready to work and perform your role, you'll find it to be a fantastic fit.
