Former Employee Great products and brand recognition. Their perception across the industry has been somewhat diminished due to a period of low product innovation and trouble with support/implementation.
The leadership team isn't very reactive or open to new ideas. The company as a whole feels stuck in the early 2000s - zero innovation in GTM, sales structure, technology adoption, etc.
Compensation is comparable to other companies in the industry but considerably lower than similar roles at other software companies.
