Toxic sales leadership. Gartner should really bring leadership from GTS or GBS to re-org sales leadership at Evanta. They need competent leadership in sales. Unrealistic expectations, lack of adequate tech stack, and some leaders use fear and intimidation not just on the team but with customers.

I enjoy my team, manager, and working at Gartner as whole. The opportunity to make more money in this role is limited and I fear we are pricing ourselves out of the market.
