1) selling to L&D is very hard, especially in a difficult economic environment when HR and L&D budgets are the first things slashed 2) leadership has not invested in the product the way it should and has made many poor decisions as to where to invest so the market fit is in decline

The people are fantastic, but senior management needs a complete overhaul. They sell a product that is several years behind the competition when it comes to tech. The people here used to be great, but they either quit or were fired. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here until they get actual sales management that knows how to manage again. This place is kind of a shell of its former self. There is also no product market fit for the product. The sellers are making gold from garbage and that's actually pretty amazing.
