The best product in the market (Forrester Wave) and great people. The toxic culture of conformity ('Leaderships' way or the highway), extreme amounts of "enablment" and internal meetings ("check the box" culture), and an addiction to inbound leads will probably lead to its demise. This isn't an organiztion with a Sales First mindset, great ideas get lost in bureaucracy and shunned by everyones two cents. If you enjoy being creative and independent, avoid working here.

Proof that a single leader can ruin a culture. This sales org was fairly solid until a new CRO was brought in. This person had zero experience as a CRO (previously a VP by acquisition) and absolutely tanked the sales org with constant restructuring, blatant favoritism, and a poor market approach.
